A experienced professional with over 25 years invaluable experience of risk management along with implementing and improving agreed project methodologies and procedures.

A motivated team player with extensive risk governance  skills, leadership abilities and able to assemble and manage multi discipline project teams,able to utilize various analytical procedures to identify internal problems a business may have, possible corporate threats, and potential financial losses.

Possessing real drive, a willingness to succeed and a positive, proactive approach. Proficient in banking and lending operations and knowledgeable with all governent  services. Excellent research skills in preparing fraudulant  investigation reports.

Dr. Fauzi Hasan  has longer than 25 years of progressive professional experience in risk reductionand recovery in the Asian region with advanced expertise in community based disaster rismanagement.Experience in developing and conducting international training courses, managing and coordinating regional projects and providing technical advisory services to  UNDP country office and International  Non Government Agencies in strategic and pro gramme planning and capacity development in disaster risk management.

   

Having vast experience in the project management for more than 25 years  with focus on technology implementation, Dr. Fauzi Hasan has shown his full dedication and unremitting interest in the project management field as shown by his extensive involvement in many various  major practical projects execution in diversified industries.

The industrial exposures and coverage resides within the mid level-intensive-technology based enterprises till high level-intensive-technology based industries with extensive project management spectrum of requirements. The industries at where Dr. Fauzi Hasan has got practical hands on and delivered direct contributions to the completion and success of  the projects, and  encompasses areas of industries such as: banking, Information Technology and Telecommunications, manufacturing, Oil and Gas industries; and other service industries.

With his multi-facet business process intact, this  has assisted Dr. Fauzi Hasan in running typical resource stringent projects with focus on the inherent triple constraints: time, cost, and scope to achieve targeted deliverables by accomplishing earned value management methodology implementation. During the project implementation also heavily focus on communications aspect, since he is deeply conscious that the success of any project shall be indebted to an appropriate project communication management.

Dr.Fauzi Hasan is a dedicated professional in the project management field; he is affluent with practical experiences and effective frameworks which is reflected in his conceptual and practical methodology in delivering project management training at training centers and colleges. He has been appointed as senior project management for Ec-Council International  in Indonesia and the region and presently he is appointed by the American Academy-GAFM (AAPM-AAFM)-www.certified projectmanager.us and www.aafm.us as the President of Indonesia Chapter situated in Jakarta, while in parallel he is the senior lecturer (professor) in project management at the post graduate program at the several  universities  in Indonesia, and The American Academy of project Management (AAPM). He spent his time for some major projects with STC (Saudi Telecommunication Company) in Riyadh, Orascom in Egypt, and some others in Asia Pacific including major state owned companies and private banks in Indonesia (Pertamina, Danamon Bank, etc.,)

In pursuing his career Dr.Fauzi Hasan has also delivered services in consultancy as related to project management, IT security and IT governance, business process modeling, IT audit, supply chain management, and disaster recovery management. He is a proven qualified professional with some technical and management certificates.

He has strong exposure and with hands on knowledge of business process re-engineering/ modeling and information technology implementation, and  specializes in Enterprise Resource Planning cushioned with telecommunication network, and during the exposures has presented deliverables such as:

• Project management for Bank, telecommunication industry, Oil & Gas 
• CMMI application and Information system audit implementation
• Set up Telco services business for Oil and Gas
• Set up project management services and  IT application services  business in the Oil and Gas Industry sector
• Set up and expand the VSAT DMV services to major Oil industry
• Set up TETRA radio telecommunication business (NOKIA) in Indonesia, especially with Police dept and the TNI, and other government agencies
• Developed a strategy to implement IT application especially the ERP supporting the business processes in the area of logistics and supply chain management
• Initiated and developed a strategic alliance with a global computer company to design and market GIS  system products
• Manage strategic corporate accounts at government institutions and major private organizations on hardware, software and telecommunication  services
• Develop and introduce the Integrated Logistics Services or Third Party Logistics to the Indonesian industrial community (Singapore Technology Logistics).
• Develop the Disaster Recovery Services business plan and execute with local and regional partners (SingTel)
• Develop and implement strategy for the implementation of SISKOMDAGRI project-telecommunication networking of  the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia
• Set up implement strategy for Telecommunication services business (Telco)
• Set up Intelligent Video Network/ IVN business with Scopus International in Indonesia
• Information Technology Master Plan for some Indonsian State Owned company (BUMN) which were supplemented with IT governance Master document as baseline for IT Governance assurance
